Omg just got first Hoover

So I was caught off guard about 5 min ago when I got a text from him (after 4 days NC) saying "hope you're doing well. You've been on my mind a lot lately" I didn't upgrade to ios7 yet because I honestly didn't expect to hear from him so soon, if at all, so he isn't blocked yet. My heart is beating out of my chest and I am mad at myself for even feeling this physical reaction to this psychopath. However, my poor self esteem is (ashamed to admit) saying that since he is so admired and held in high regard by everyone in his world, I am just glad I'm still on his mind. Screwed up, I know!!!! I have not responded, but the urge to say " I'm doing well" is very strong right now. Even though is know he is toxic. Probably just wants an ego stroke. Arrrggghhh
