Nothing to numb my feelings tonight

i know it probably isn't conducive to my recovery, but i have been numbing my feelings every night for the past few weeks to make life a little more manageable without the N. i am a new mom and i have a 6 month old son and i get so worn out at the end of the day, working and taking care of him by myself, that when he goes to sleep at night it feels like one of the few things i have to look forward to is numbing my feelings and eating junk food. :(

I figure now is probably a good time to sit with my uncomfortable feelings and do something productive that will help me to heal....

any ideas??
