Narc lives next door.

The ex narc lives next door to me and I'm really struggling because I feel triggered everytime I see him. I have changed my kitchen blinds which does help to block my view of his house from my window. I'm really struggling today because his elderly mother was taken into hospital and I stupidly texted to ask if she was ok. Not a good idea after 3 months of no contact I know. Has anyone neen in a similar situation or have any ideas? I just couldn't afford to move away to another house although have thought about it. Also does Goldie do one on ones for people in UK? I would really like to do this but not sure what happens. I have no access to a computer, I just use my mobile phone to ygo online. Many thanks for reading. Emily xx
