My Narc has come back

I really thought he meant it this time. I have been devastated I even turned to my former ex for comfort and now he wants to come back (well I left him for the narc} anyway tonight my narc called and wants me back he says he misses me that he can't help loving me he even said he re-read all my texts and understands what I am saying he sounded really genuine and so convincing. He wanted to come over tonight but I told him no I said I was concerned
that things would be the same - he said we could work on things that he knew he wanted to be with me. Just the sound of his voice made me have goose bumps even after everything I've been through I still love him I do love my former ex but lacks the passion, butterfly's chemistry but deep down these promises that everything will be different won't last long please help me someone I am weak and right now I want to go back!
