Is my brother a narcissist?

I have had many problems with my brother in recent years. He is jealous because my grandmother is more generous with money with me than him, and he takes it out on me with sneering comments about my obesity and joblessness. He questions my health problems, and this x Mas bought an expensive gift for me, then demanded an expensive gift back, even sending me the link to the item he wanted. Luckily he lives halfway across the world, and I only see him two weeks a year, or it would be unbearable.

Anyway, he has been going out with a Japanese woman for four years, she is a few years older than him. He was on the fence about her for ages, but kept on seeing her, not making any commitments or living with her. He wouldn't have got his accreditation except she was encouraging him, hoping he would settle with her. She is 41 this year and wanted to get married and have a baby stat. He then dumps her because of the age difference, and because the family would not approve of her being Japanese. Now he is miserable and blames the family for pressuring him to dump her(we did no such thing) and has cut us all off from communication. Mum is devastated and her mental health has been suffering, but he just doesn't care.

I am beyond pissed off, especially as he is now looking for younger women ( he is almost 34).

Is he a narcissist or does he just have tendencies?
