Learning to Love and VALUE Ourselves:

Today we will substitute positive loving thoughts about ourselves when we find our thoughts of him or her taking over our precious present moments. We will no longer entertain or allow another to live rent free in our heads when we are trying to move forward and create a better life for ourselves. When we find ourselves putting “us” down or creating a script which suggests we are not good enough or it is all our fault, we will concentrate on our progress and begin to consciously visualize specifically what a loving satisfying relationship looks like for us. We will begin to create our vision list and affirmation list of who we truly are, creating a space in our thoughts for how successful fulfilling relationships look and feel for us and how we are worthy and deserving of great relationships with ourselves and others.

Many of us have struggled with allowing and accepting less than and now we are learning to require and accept relationships which offer us love and respect.

“Love comes freely to me.”

“I deserve and am worthy of honest, loving interactions with others.”

“I love me today.”

Today we will write them down in a little notebook we carry with us or in our cellphone notes and think about loving ourselves and reflecting upon what healthy relationships look like for us.
