Its been 10 mos

Its been 10 months of NC and last interaction with my ex narc, all of a sudden lately I have been having great urges to talk to mines, I dont know why and I know contact equals pain, but I feel confused, its about to be a year and I am so happy for that, have anyone went through this or currently going through this
