Im Back ! and more pissed off than ever !

Duing my time off from he board i have been doing a lot of thinking into the diffrent ways the narc uses mind controle and trance for controle of us. I know for a fact that i was not in my right mind when i was with the narc and having been out of the relationship for a long time i have realized just how brain washed i was by him . It seems to me that the symptoms i had comming out of the relationship with the narc are not unlike the symptoms people deprogramming form a religious cult have . I remember in the last decade there where people who where trained in kidnapp and deprogramming victums of cults and i found this vidio that made me go a bit cold when i watched it as if you replaced the word "cult" with the word "narc" its pretty much the same thing ... intresting i thought ..
