In reference to my experience with my NARC - i like to say "I"VE never been F**K*D harder without a D**K before in my life...i think that sums it up.

That is great!

I think little sayings and tenets are very useful. Mine aren't so funny but they have helped hold me together. "there's no freedom like a clear conscience" , "Anyone is NOT better than no one" and "were you happier with him or without him?" are a few. Thanks for the laugh!
