I am sitting here at my computer LMAO I mean LMAO at the stuff of written. Cutting Psychic Cords, Holy Water Priests, Demons I literally have tears running down my face I am laughing so hard thinking to myself "Who the hell is this sick of it girl" she is a freakin nut case!

Whew I just had to get that off my chest. I am not normal

I put several spells on him, have prayers taped to my door that I say before I leave the house in case I encounter him, etc, so yeah, I hear ya! There was even one time I remember, about two years ago, when I first found out he was lying up a storm, that I called him and left a message on his voice mail asking him to pray with me. LOL

Nothing crazy. At one point, when I didnt want to blame the narc I started imagining that someone had done black magic on the two of us to break us apart. The other girl. LOL. Our minds are just not understanding the insanity going around in our worlds. We're not insane. You're not insane. Its his presence making you feel insane. Youre a perfectly good happy sane person, making sense of what just happened. keep strong, lots of love and keep cutting that chord!

That's funny...but I remember in my early days thinking that this crap was so sick it had to be santeria or bruheria or voodoo or something... I've gotten past that thought - even if it was, My God can kick their god's ass any day. But on to the psychic chord cutting, when I was reading about it a while back, this one site suggested you envision yourself on a bridge and you walk towards the person and of course envision the cord, and you look at them and you say: I detach with love, you are released and you cut the chord, then you turn and walk away and leave them on the other side and you don't look back but keep walking. I tried it one night right before I went off to the land of nod... To be honest, I didn't note much of a difference, but for the moment, it helped as a final thought before sleep.

i maintain there is a psycic link with me and my narc , and i have put hundreds of spells on the piece of crap , putting spells on the narc kept my very sane and i believe out of the nut house (its a full moon on the 21st ladys , excelent spell casting time ). If you are mad then i am completely barking as i was talking about an alian reptile sub spiecies at the weekend , which i also havnt ruled out , the research continues .......

well the spell which i do

well the spell which i do quite alot involves the tarot cards ,Best to be done on the full moon which is this sunday . first you find the "lovers" card and put it face down, then write what you wish will happen to the person (narc )and fold it up and put it on top of the lovers card , then draw two more cards for the pack but dont look at them (these cards should reprosent youre true intention to the narc for the universe to read, put them on top of the folded piece of paper and get a ribbon , black if you are wishing ill to that person and pink it you are wishing well to that person , tie up the cards , light a candle and visulise youre intentions happening to the narc ,then put it under youre matterss for 6 days , on the seventh day take it out have a look at the two card you pulled but didnt look at (they always tell you something !) then bury the piece of paper with youre wish on out side youre bedroom window .... job done .... Heres another one an easy one , get a pink or a black ribbon and light a candle on the full moon wind the ribbon round the palm of youre left hand , visulising what you want to happen to that person , then touch your heart and then your forehead with that ribbon seven times , cut the ribbon into 7 and put one bit in all the places you go to ie the car , work , bed that kind of thing till the next full moon and then on the full moon gather them up and bury them next to some water ... again job done . And as for the reptile stuff look up David Icke on you tube , although having watched the "moon matrix" talks he has done where he talks of the moon being a hollowed out space ship i think he may be insaine lol but intresting watching if you have nothing else to do on a lazy sunday afternoon . xx

last nite I was trying one of the chord cutting exercise where you imagine a circle of light around you and a circle of light around them but they cant touch. Do you know his ass kept coming into my circle I AM NOT KIDDING. It was like mental gymnastics I could not get him to keep his circle from coming into mine. I had to try another exercise because I/he or whatever couldnt do it. Crazy!

This is a very healthy thing! It shows you are normal and able to laugh at yourself. We know a certain group of people who can't do that. It's sad, really.

Sick of it you're a gem

I too was a crazy woman yesterday, dancing around the house doing kharati chops and sword fighting the air with my arms. I had a BLAST. Hmmm and I don't care cos I actually think there might be something in it, I feel so much better since like a veil has lifted or a chord's been severed :) My kids came back from college and wondered WTH was up with their mum, she was SMILING oh and LAUGHING, they thought I'd won the lottery or somet. A word of warning here though, lets break these chords but not our legs. Take precautions :0
