How concerned should I be

For the second time, my daughter has had a tire slashed while her car was at her boyfriends house. She is not involved in any of the normal factors for this type of nonsense. She is 23 years old and use to live with her b/f but now she lives with me but is still dating her bf.. so ex Narc might still see her car there and think she still lives there. We (my daughter and I) both have a strong suspicion it is the ex. Not only was the tire slashed in 3 places, but the spare was also slashed. (It's a Jeep so the spare sits on the outside of the car.

How worried should I be about this and how likely do you guys think it is that it might be a narc that has lost control.. now trying to get to me through my daughter. I think he wouldn't dare come to my apt to do this stuff because the parking lot has camera's.
