How to buy the new book!

I've had a few questions about how to buy the new book. It was released on Monday and is available for immediate download. If you click on the "Buy Now" button in the top right hand corner of this site above the book cover, it will take you to a sales page. Then you want to scroll down to the bottom of that page and you will see a "Buy Now" button.

I know my first book was $9.99, but that didn't include shipping. According to my e-publisher, e-books are priced a bit higher because of their convenience. We have made it available in every e-format out there, Kindle, Nook, you name it! I hope you find this helpful.
