ok...SO WHAT...it doesnt matter how you acted it is done now....this is what they make us into..raving looneys...i have done it[before nc]...outside a coffee shop ,it was crowded,a beautiful sunny day..i so lost my temper i hit him full the face, he screamed you are fucking mental...if you do that again i am going to the police...SO I DONE IT AGAIN...i said you spineless dog...he was sitting with a women,and i was walking past,i hadnt seen them...he shouted out..DONT YOU WANT TO SAY HELLO USED..THEN TURNED TO HER AND SAID I TOLD YOU SHE WAS JEALOUS...that is when i hit him[well punched] him,then again...i looked at the women and said he has been slagging you off for weeks...she turned out to be his [ow]..i thought they were just friends like me and him...and my point is indenial...i dont care that i done it....i never cared...to think he threatened me with the police[he was on bail at the time for assault...lol...he is a foot taller than me and about 10 STONE heavier....one day you will get to a place he cant wind up cos all feeling for him will be gone....we will help you get there, when i see him now..i think omg what was i doing with that lowlife...

They get off on that. They really do. Don't give it a second thought. Put it behind you and move forward. Don't allow him to have that kind of power over you. They burn us every time and get off on it unfortunately. "F" him............he is a loser. A decent man would not do this to you! I've done this so many times and it makes you feel so bad BUT you just can't help it! They know how to push every button you have and they will keep pushing until you snap! Please don't feel bad. If you have to keep seeing them and you know how disgusting they are, it just keeps chipping away at you. It feels like you're a volcano that is eventually going to have to erupt because of all the pressure. Besides the fact they just don't stop their covert bs. I'm not so sure, if you are forced to see them, that it is possible to keep it all in forever. Eff him!
