Help...he left note on my car...I want to break NC

I a little freaked out. ExN left me sweet note on my car at work. I want to break NC. Historically I would impulsively text him right away. But I promised myself I would come here first. This is crazy, every time I make some headway, I get a contact. I have blocked him every way I can.
Shit, his words were so sweet, they made me fold like a cheap suit. I thought I was stronger. Here I am dishing out advice here, and look what happens to me. Tell me to be strong. I need good words here.
