hearing about xn still a trigger

Got my meat delivery and the delivery guy is a friend in recovery and happened to mention he saw xn at a recovery event. And how he was with ow and all hanging all over each other.

So I have no desire to get xn back. I am really grateful I was given the opportunity to be free from that mess but.....it still trips my trigger to hear about that prick. And I am just coming off a bout of wanting to internet stalk his stupid useless selfish ass..

Ugh. I hate that this happens. I seriously wish he would run out of reasons to shine around. But I suppose.... This event is typically full of some less than spiritually fit people so its a great forum for Jim to flaunt his new toy and her new ring.
