There are days when if I even consider the injury this man has caused me I wont ever get up off the floor.
i just developed self affirmation now, instead of obsessing why he did this. I know why, he is sick.
Instead I tell myself you are a good person, everyone loves you, you have helped so many people, you will recover in time, you will learn to trust again. you are deserving of a peaceful happy loving relationship. Start by loving yourself.
