First day No Contact: is this real?

After I got very reliable proof of cheating (My gut feeling knew it al along) I went No Contact with my N.
He denied of course.

I blocked him on all social media websites and IM Apps, but couldn't block SMS yet.

He sent me this text a few hours ago.

"Whatever you might think of me, I will always love you and I will always wait for you. I will wait for the day that you want to talk me again. This is my last text to you and I don't expect you to send me a text back.
Please Take good care of baby" (baby =a teddybear gave me once)

Do you have experience with these kinds of texts? It's hard not to react, but he acted innocent and sweet before to lure me back. So I will stay NC. But it's easier if some of you find this recognizable.
