It is exsactly this kind of list we need to be keeping in our jornal ... i can tell you guys that its these kind of wired and telling things that the narc says that rattle around in our head and causes the cog diss , there is something about seeing them writen down in the jornal that has a huge affect and after a while will show the freak up as being the mentaly retarded narc that he is ... when we begin to belive the narc is mentaly ill is when we really serge ahead in our healing . It dosent happen over night , well i didnt reach that understanding over night , i didnt wake up one morning and say "he is ill " for me it was a slow dawning that it really wasnt me it was him and that was because i had the evedence infrount of me in the jornal , that and through NC the brainwashing had worn off and i stepped back into reality .. Xnh has said almost all of these to me. However, I have to admit my personal "favorite" to come out of his mouth was: "Why yes, I am God and DO have the right to judge you." We had been fighting, and he was trying to tell me what I was thinking, and how I feel about certain topics. I told him that he has absolutely no clue what I'm thinking or feeling because he is not a mind-reader, and he is NOT God. I had told him him that he doesn't know me nearly as well as he seems to think he does, and that he has no right to judge ME. He should be worried about his own behavior. He said, "Why yes, I am God and DO have the right to judge you." Until I xnh said this, I had truly not been aware that God is a bald narc, with a beer belly, scraggly beard, moles all down his back, a great big ego, and a little tiny philandering dick. All those paintings I've seen down through the years are apparently WRONG. According to xnh, he is God. rofl.
