Feelings of Embarrassment

Yesterday I deleted all our/his pictures from my cell phone.

Today I am trying to stay out of my head because I am feeling a personal embarrassment for my lack of dignity when I went over to his house trying to make "peace" after our breakup and the emails I sent while I was trying to make sense of it all.

I start therapy on the 28th but I really trying to get myself out of this storm in my head. I know this was triggered from having to look at the pictures. Ugh. At least they are gone now.
