Email messages from the narc

I have not written in a while, but always read!
I am "trying" to co-parent with exnh. We are in court, having spent thousands because even the judge knows, so she said in pre-trial conference, that he does not feel he should be financially obligated to our kids.
I know that I should try to be NC, but have to email him as he has stated that I do not inform him of things. Did I mention that his scum 70 year old lawyer may possibly be a narc as well (at least I know she is also a big fat liar!). Anyway, I am trying to gain full custody as the kids are not even a blip in his radar usually. Really sad for the kids as I know it hurts them. They are still young. His "fiancee" ( or as I like to call her ex-wife #3) walks arould with a 2 ct ring, but he cries poor that he cannot afford to support the kids.

So, as my own little gleeful thing - he refuses to resond to any emails or acknowledge them. I am trying to prove that he refuses to communicate, laying the groundwork for my custody motion. I email him, he ignores even emergency room visits!
So I have a program that tracks his reading my emails. Since i got the program, I have found that he is forwading my emails to like 4 different people! What the heck??? Does everyone need to lnow my business? Is he sending them, saying - see what a itch she is, or look at how pathetic, she still wants me so she's desperately emailing me. (he has told me that I need to get over him, he is happier than he has ever been in his life. He forgets that I DIVORCED HIM! My kids were more important than his bs).
So, this little program self-destructs the emails when he forwards them! Ha! Ticks him off to no end! His shyster attorney asked about it in deposition and I told them when the emails self-destruct. He now says he cannot read them, as they destruct as soon as he opens them, but dumba** answers them! How can you answer if there's nothing there idiot!
So, now his little ploy is he has stated (not for the first time) that he has blocked my emails about the kids. Great dad, huh? I have to "right him a letter". Yes, he does not know which word to use. He will no longer be "excepting my emails".
Anyone been in the position of gaining full custody due to total lack of communication?
Am I being too vindictive? I need to know if he has gotten emails so I know if he got info about kids. Or am I really just being a bitch like he says?
