Differences b/t Somatic Narcs and Narcs with Sexual Addictions?

Is there a difference between a somatic N and a N with a sexual addiction? I've read Dr. Vaknin's work and it's not entirely clear to me.

Although I do not have all the details, I gathered that my N had an unhealthy relationship with his mom; he claimed to have been sexually molested as a boy, by a couple who baby-sat him. My N blamed his mom for the molestation because he felt that it had occurred because she was too busy working to protect him.

Whenever he was intimate with me, he was always attentive and gentle, and seemed to enjoy sex. He always wanted to touch me wherever we were. My N also told me that "sex kept getting better and better the older he got" (there could be any number of reasons for this). Dr. Vaknin's work suggests that Ns at their core, hate women. I am just confused. Any thoughts?
