Court decision--be careful blogging

After putting Psycho-Boy on the Cyberpaths site, his second victim put him on DatingPsychos using my email address. Another exposed person from the Cyberpaths site wrote to JDog to find out who exposed him... paid him the $25 and JDog, mistakenly, gave him my email. I got numerous harassing & threatening emails. Then my email started being used by Nigerian scammers! Apparently this psycho I didn't even know sold my email! I had to call the FBI's local office and it took quite a while to get it all straightened out. JDog refused to work with me... the whole thing became a threat to my family. JDog's giving out any of his posters' information without their express permission is illegal and unethical. Lisa & I would never give out information about the members here for any reason - ever. In fact we've banned a couple suspicious people who've come here. we bloggers are all in the clear. The onus is on her to prove defamation by proving the blogger LIED. Most of our Ns & Ps know exactly who we are. I have even invited Psycho-Boy to come after me because allllll HIS lies would come out too. Additionally - that model is a public figure and the possible monetary impact on her career and life is enormous. We bloggers here have ZERO monetary impact (though I would love to sue for INTENTIONAL INFLICTION OF EMOTIONAL DISTRESS if Psycho-Boy tries to come after me - he won't though - I had a cease & desist issued on he and his wife. Can you say BUSTED?) And I never posted 'personal facts' that Psycho-Boye himself didn't either A) post on public casual-sex-wanted forums HIMSELF or B) say to me in IMs or Emails... which makes me a part owner of the information and able to approve its publication. Heck I only used his nickname, since he is so determined to continue using that nickname to cover his true identity... I have never published his address, phone or other information I have.
