changing telephone number and blocking

"I wish more than anything I was holding you right now"

Those words are burning me and sending me round and round in a never ending cycle.

I havent responded nor will I but it shows doesnt it that if we block and change numbers we dont have to be on the merry go round.

This is why NC is vital to my recovery .. cos that little bone I have been thrown is all I can think of right now.

Normal people wouldnt do this they wouldnt need to as it wouldnt get to this stage. Problems could be discussed and sorted out.

Just need to get this out as its whizzing me around a lot today. xx
