Are all Narcs stupid or just mine?

I have two questions that I need answered:

1) Are all Narcs stupid or just mine? Now, my ex-N lacks common sense and is completely unable to think logically or use analytical reasoning. Is his inability to think in terms of A+B=C a characteristic of Narcissism? Not only that but do they also have horrible memories? I mean, he could say one thing one day, then something totally different another day and never realize his contradictions.

2) Also, are Narcs afraid of the law? Mine refuses to request visitations rights through the court system and today he leaves a message telling me that he wants the two of us to come up with our own arrangements, have the paper notarized and delivered to the courts. Huh?? Why won't he just do things the right way or is he afraid of the courts telling him what to do?

He's obviously sick of having to go through me to see his son, which is why he said he wants to come up with an arrangement where he can pick him up on certain days and not have to talk to me ever again (how mature). And for some reason, he believes he's special and acts like "normal" rules that everyone else has to follow don't apply to him. I mean, this guy sounds crazy!

Oh yeah, and here's the kicker: He stated that there should be a rule that states that the person with custody of the child (meaning me) should always be available at all times to answer the phone for the other parent but none of those rules should apply to him. Seriously, dude??
