Any advice on STOCKHOLM SYNDROME and how to recover from it?

Does anyone know any good links on recovery of this? and trauma bonding? Ive just been reading about it, but i couldnt really find much on recovery?

Il have a good look when i get more time but just wonderd if anyone had any tips or advice they could share with me?
