He needs to be with a woman 24/7

Hi to all of you kind saviors who helped me so much when i was really at the end of sanity when dating a Narc a few years back.
well, i'm back here today to ask a question about my new boyfriend (yes i finally escaped my narc...a true miracle) but i'm fearful i've hooked up with another one.
i'm head over heels nuts about him, the problem is, he wants me with him 24/7. He is also a big flirt who i caught cheating once. i am tempted to be with him the 24/7 that he wants, to keep him happy and faithful, but honestly i'm exhausted and cant neglect my family that much.
i've been with him for 3 months. i'm getting a bit of a feeling that he is a narc but not sure.

so please let me know what you think re the constant need to be with me and pouting and guilt trips if i can't be. is this a classic Narc trait?
