Enough information?

Like most people have been reading whatever I can about NPD and joined a couple of forums. It helps in some ways to see that you're not alone or crazy and get valuable advice but when do we know when enough is enough?

I few things I've read say you need to stop focusing on the abuser and focus on yourself but surely reading continuously keeps you connected to the abuser but I just don't know how to stop!
