Addiction breaking Aphorisms for us all

1.You can live without him/ her, probably better

2.Love is not enough,{ to make a good love relationship}
3.a love relationships is mutual, and helps each partner feel better, not WORSE
4.guilt is not reason enough to stay
5.you do not have to love someone to be addicted to them
6.just because you are jealous, doesn't mean you love him; you can be jealous of someone you cannot stand
7.what you see is what you get, so stop hanging on the belief you can a change the other person
8.you cannot always work it out, no matter how hard you try
9.some people die of bad relationships, do you want to be one of them
10.when someone says something, believe them
11.He/she doesn't have to love you
12.It doesn't have to get better
13.the pain of ending it won't last forever. In fact it won't last nearly as long as the pain of NOT ending it
14.If it will be the same way in 5, 10 years,do you want it?
15.You will not be alone forever, that is infant time
16.there will be anxiety, loneliness,depression when you end it, but the feelings will last for a limited amount of time and then will stop. 17.the intensity of your withdrawal symptoms does not indicate the strength of your love but the strength of your addiction.
18.when you feel inadequate,incomplete,or worthless apart from him/her, childhood feelings are taking over
19. He/she is not the one and only. 20.If you end this bad relationship, you are opening yourself to new possibilities all the above compliments of Howard Halpern, who wrote How to Break your Addiction to a Person POWERFUL WORDS WOULN'T YOU SAY??????????????

It is called How to break your Addiction to a person by Howard Halpern, excellent book, also equally good is How to Free yourself from the Narc in your Life by Dr. Linda Martinez-Lewi, tells how these guys operate.. it is at the.bottom of my posting.I am making a copy for myself of what I just wrote you guys.
