Finally free!

Hi. I am new to this site and I just wanted to introduce myself by adding my story.

I met my narc ex-husb in March of '02 & we were married in July of '02.

Of course while we were dating, he was perfect. I thought I had finally found the man of my dreams. When he asked me to marry him so soon, I thought why wait. I was 32 and didn't want to waste another minute not being with this wonderful man.

There were a few signs before we married, but I had no idea it would ever turn out to be such a nightmare!

Literally, from the day we got married, he changed and it just got worse and worse. He almost made me crazy!

I tried for about 8 yrs. to make it work. Had I known then what I know now, I would have divorced him the week after we got married.

I am grateful to have found this site!
