Found an article that thought may be helpful for you all. It discusses the significance of having a narc parent and how that affects you long term. Ever since the breakup with my narc and really discovering narcissism, my head has been spinning as I try to make sense of the last 33 years of my life... this article was a real eye opener for me and I hope it helps you as well :)

Never heard the term co-narcissism before, but I try not to get too hung up on labels.
