Psychology Today article

Did anyone read the Psychology Today article, "confessions of a sociopath"? I'm curious what you think...it seems so unusual that a sociopath would be even remotely self-aware but it is fascinating. The lack of remorse and manipulation she describes sound so NPD.
Also, there is talk in the psychology community about the DSM-V. From my understanding, narcissism has been removed as a diagnosis and it is all being lumped under anti-social personality disorder (I may not have that quite right) and specific traits are the focus rather than names for groups of traits. What have you all heard about it...what do you think?
