The All About Him Forum is specifically for newcomers just beginning to understand why narcissists behave the way they do and why they are incapable of genuine love. This forum is focused on working the first three steps to recovering from a narcissist.

The first three steps often overlap and many of you may find yourself going back and forth between them. This is understandable and perfectly acceptable. No one should beat themselves up for having to repeat a step. "No Contact" often takes several repeated attempts. We must remember, it is about PROGRESS, not PERFECTION. We must celebrate our progress and encourage one another to keep pushing forward.
