The first three steps often overlap and many of you may find yourself going back and forth between them. This is understandable and perfectly acceptable. No one should beat themselves up for having to repeat a step. "No Contact" often takes several repeated attempts. We must remember, it is about PROGRESS, not PERFECTION. We must celebrate our progress and encourage one another to keep pushing forward.
