the timing is impeccible

So I've been working on myself lately (joined Goldie's group, which I love already) and have been saying over and over, "what I put into the universe, I will attract"...soooo an old friend contacts me last night ..we have always been fb friends but he is recently separated (six months) and just got posted back in the city he grew up in..ten minutes from me. We dated when we were 19 and he was a nice, gentle and funny, but I went to school six hours away and we went our separate ways. He asked me if I would like to have dinner when he comes home in April. One side of my brain is saying no no, no dating, not even dinner...the other half is saying, you know the signs, you have known this guy since high school...this is a quality guy....input? :0)
