Struggling

I'm struggling so much tonight. Aside from all of the bad things my ex N did he SAID ( key word being said ) all the things that I've always wanted to hear. He told me I was beautiful, sexy,smart and everything a guy could ever ask for... I know that he just wanted to tell me these things to devalue me later. But I'm struggling tonight with how good it felt to hear those things. It felt so good for someone to want to spend all their time with me. Im grieving tonight. Still no contact.
