Smear Campaign

I've read a lot on this forum and it helps SO much but right now I am having a hard time with the smearing of my name that is happening and will continue. I know I shouldn't use any energy worrying about it, but I guess it's in my nature to care what people think. I've heard of ridiculous things the N has started out with (to his friends so far) but in the same breath, I think people are getting sick of him and his nasty comments about his exes. This guy is super smart, super slick and very manipulative. I am not sure how to handle the whole thing.
