ran in to ex narc. at airport

I was going away for the weekend with my family and got in line (at the airport) at starbucks...looked down at my phone and received a text from my ex narc. It was very general. "Hi. Should have come up and said hello to you and your family. sorry. Hope you are going somewhere fun. Good seeing you even if from afar." I ignored him & did not respond. My son spotted him sitting next to some woman at the next gate. Following my trip (that monday evening) Narc. requested my sister add him to her Linkedin network. What is that??? She ignored his request and reported him as someone she didn't know so he couldn't request her to ad again. Was this a hoover? What the hell is his problem?
