Day 1 of NC coming to an end

I know it sounds silly but I can't believe I made it today. I cried on my way home from work. I just took a Tylenol pm ( Hoping I can get some sleep tonight ) I have 10 hour work day tomorrow and I am going to try and force myself to the gym before work. It is crazy how this comes in phases. Relief, fear, doubt, fog, anger, tears, back to relief....thanks everyone sooooooo much for your support. Reading here is helping so much. I have been reading at least an hour or more a day over the passed week..so again, thank you.
