Definitely just been hoovered...but is this a threat?

Hi...me and ExN been split up for 1 month and NC for 11 days. I have blocked him from everything but sent from another email address I got a Hoover. This I obviously will not reply to however the way it was written has made me uncomfortable as to whether this could be a threat.

Probably just another game but needed to get it out. This is what he wrote:

''When all of this is over with my family problem you will have 200% OF MY ATTENTION''
