Proud of myself

So I had to share! First, thank you all for helping me get through my bad day a few days ago. It was very helpful. Decided not to take antidepressant and start a new thearapist this week. Her specialty is cognitive therapy mixed with meditation, acupuncture, and nutrition. I'm kind do excited!

Anyway, I got a love bomb email yesterday. It was song lyrics. (An old trick of his). I could tell from the subject line. Deleted without opening!
