Feeling blue

It's been a year since I left the N.

I have come a long way since then but the past week or so I have been dreaming about him almost every night.

We still work at the same place but I rarely come in contact with him. I did today and it shook me a bit.
Between the dreams and seeing him today the CD is rearing it's ugly head and I just needed to vent.

Why do I allow him to get to me still?
