Healing is exhausting: how do you recharge?

I have been following this forum for a couple of months, no contact with the N who brought me here even longer. Talking to a therapist. At this point, the talk is 90% about me and what I want for my life, less and less about the N.

But I am so tired. So very, very tired.

Joined the gym, started cooking again... Tired. Getting more sleep, if intermittently... Tired, still.

I'm not sure if i am exhausted by the work i am doing to help myself-- motivation is hard to come by when worn down-- or whether i am more tired out by recurring thoughts of the N, whose company i must miss on some level. But I am bone tired. Not always, but often, especially because I have few single friends and am taking time out to heal before seeking out more.

Forum members, what are your favorite ways to recharge your batteries? How do you treat yourselves gently when you are tired?

Glad to be here. Thanks for all of your inspiring posts.
