N lives upstairs from me

I have been in a relationship with this Narc for a year and
a half and after finally breaking up with me over 15 times,it is definately over and I have had nc with him for 5 days.. After sex and dinner the night of his birthday he texted me saying we should just be friends and not sleep together anymore. I agreed but then responded to another text of his a few days later by saying there is more to life than binging on food,(this is what he does) watching girls go down on each other(an obsession of his) and stupid reality tv shows. He than angrily responded I stay away from him and his door. The problem is he lives above me and the walls are VERY thin and I hear EVERYTHING including him watching internet porn and je#$ing off. I am stuck in this lease until June and I'm miserable. I can still hear him through a sound machine. Any suggestions?
