Also, if you find the book helpful, please write a review. As you can see on Amazon, the e-book version of the book has only 2 reviews, one of which is very negative. I'm all for constructive feedback, but this person seems to just have a bone to pick.

I bought the ebook this morning
November 5, 2012 - 1:58am — misshymersThank you so much for a wonderful book! I read it from start to finish today.
I saw so much I had already intuitively begun to do to help myself out of the hole I had fallen into.
The exercises are super helpful!
I found that this wonderful book resonated with me on every level and it was so good to know that the light at the end of the tunnel isn't out of reach.
I have spent the past 3 months trying to help myself, so glad I have had this to read because it has everything I needed to read to reaffirm my self love and to work though the intrusive/obsessive thoughts and I know I am capable of retraining my brain now that I know it is possible.
Yeay!
I have some feedback on something I think could be useful in addition if you would like it?
I'm not sure where to send that feedback to though.
I love everything about this site and the ebook! Thank you with all my heart!
