The XNBF & I had planned to winter in a warm climate & he used my RS experience to find him a nice home. He left b 4 XMas & then DD'd me 1 month later over the phone. I went NC immediately even b4 I knew what NPD was. I used a 3rd party e mail to get him to bring all my belongings back to my home. He was being very cooperative until his brothers came to my house to retrieve his belongings. After this he refused to give me my stuff claiming I "gave it to him". I thought for a month about how to handle this & after consulting my attorney, entered a civil suit. He entered a defense over a week ago.

I currently have a house for rent & receive about 20 vm every day. When I retrieved my msgs last nite, there were 2 on there from him. He wants to talk. Right. I had him blocked thru VW, but he got thru somehow.

Here is my concern. He knows I am alone almost every day at this rental & at my house which is secluded. After he was served w/the papers, I found out that he has a violent past filled w/drugs, alcohol etc. as the leader of a dangerous biker gang. No one can believe this as he was a completely different persona w/me.

I am walking around locked & loaded (hard to do in a dress) & not sure what to do. My mom suggested handing the problem over to my son who is a P.O. & suggesting XNBF contact him. I know that if I don't respond to him, he will show up at my houses or where I hang.

Any thought?
