My therapist told me this saying on saturday...never cast pearls before a swine...she explained it to mean that if you put a necklace of pearls on a swine he will not know their value or their worth...she said it is the same with these types of men...we are the pearls and they will never appreciate our value or treasure us for who we are...it really hit home and i identified with it...thought i'd share :)
