Hey everyone! I have been NC with my narc ex fiance ( with him for 7 years). I know I have a long road ahead still but I'm feeling so much more empowered and I know I'm on the road to a very positive place. I believe music affects us greatly and it's do healing. I put together a great playlist of songs that make me feel empowered and great! this did not single handedly get me to where I am now but it definitely helped in a big way! Everytime I have felt the sadness creep in, I just put my playlist on in my car, take a drive and sing to the top of my lungs. Even if I needed to cry my eyes out...
