Hello! I had joined this forum one year and one week ago, and haven't posted here since late 2011, so hopefully the people that were regular posters at that time have "graduated" too.
Just wanted to reach back and offer some encouragement to those of you who are just waking up to the abuse. It is absolutely, entirely possible to heal and move n and be happy. No matter what dark places you may find yourself in during your healing journey, ride it out. Stay NC. I used to repeat that mantra all the time when I posted here, because it cannot be said enough. That is the single most important act of caring you can do for yourself, in recovering from an assclown.

It's been 3 weeks today with NC adn the first 2 weeks were easy but this week has been hard I want to tell myself that it wasnt so bad...yeah right..a delusion on my part. I feel angry and want to tell him about it. I had great news this week and want to tell him about it. but I know I can't and even if I did he wouldnt care..his famous words I dont give a fuck or i could give give a rats ass. I just keep telling myself ulitimate revenge is NC and the healing will only take place with Nc.so for today I'm not going to call him.
You already know what to do to take care of yourself...NC.
