Mine was THE BEST, fastest most efficient, best looking, and smartest UPS man EVER....or so he told me.

He often complained that his boss and his customers did not appreciate what he did.

He told me and others that HE had the hardest job in the WORLD. Seriously...when asked if he was serious he said omg yes. He told how early he had to get up(8a.m.) and drive then he performed the dramatics of buckling and unbuckling his seat belt ALL DAY LONG. and then run to deliver his packages. SOME days he had to drive without music! He explained this at the courthouse too for the Judge.

he clearly stated that his job was harder than construction workers, therapists, surgeons and on and on. It freaked us all out.

He also was irresistible with the ladies.He always wanted to be on the calendar.

If you see him......Please try to control yourselves!

was a senior executive in IT where he had great powers that could be abused and placing cronies around him doing his dirty work, covering for him etc etc

a management consultant but always hired a harem of women who had no experience to qualify them for the position...hmmm.. I wonder why... (I didn't work with him)... again a powerful position and he would prey on manager's weaknesses to stretch contracts and increase salary

Those are the ones I've been personally involved with... but seen and dealt with lots more, especially in IT and Finance and of course the ever increasing Change Management

My N worked when convenient. He does have a red seal trade which pays very well, however quit his jobs over the years....to:

Go to school to learn autobody so that he can fix his car
Open a business, which I said was just a community ctr for him & his friends to hang out
Take time off to help me with the twins HA HA, he was never home.
Quit last year to go back to school. Yup, almost 50 yr old man with 6 kids in the house quitting his job. He finally started a new job this week "for me". ::snickers::

And he has done everything under the sun, he can do things with "his eyes closed", never actually seen him do any of the things he claims.

Boils down to he is a professional N.

N is an ex-actor who owns a bookstore/cultural hub/arts venue and has put himself in the central attention-getting role. He is a terrible businessman and has already gone bankrupt - but fed off the attention in the media that his bankruptcy caused. He knows how to play the media game to keep himself at the centre of everyone's focus. He invented his own talk show with him as the host, and emcees most of the events at the store. He also turned his bookstore into his personal fishing ground to impress girls/employees where OW has emerged from, much to the chagrin of his wife who also worked there. He also has a blog where he regularly mocks his customers. Most people say they won't even go there to buy books because they are afraid of ending up on the blog.

He has isolated most people in the community with his arrogance and rudeness, and there are hundreds of comments online locally about his awful behaviour. Only a matter of time until the charade ends for good!

My narc is a housekeeping director in health care facility. He has endless supply of nurses. Has changed jobs frequently from one facility to the next. Also worked at Macy's in NYC as housekeeping supervisor, had endless supply there, even got a car from ow at that place. On his social page sites he has he is an executive manager...lies, lies, lies. When I spoke to his ex ow she told me all the jobs he was fired from. Owes money in child support and to IRS. Has been divorced twice , is still married, and will sleep with anything that will not mind his small d- - k and not mind his one testicle. Lol.

As a certified nurse anesthetist, that is. He's gotten so much worse in the last nine years since he has been doing this. He also has on his FB profile and now on Match.com (since we are in the process of divorce) that he had three tours of duty in Vietnam in special forces. Supposedly he enlisted at age 16 serving from 1971 to 1978 and graduated from college in 1977. I didn't know they had long-distance learning from the jungles of Vietnam! He is book smart but oh so stupid. I apologize to anyone out there who really did serve our great nation; you deserve the admiration and thanks, not the one living the fantasy.

Xnh is an electronics technician during his day job, but he tells everyone he's an engineer. Actually, tells everyone that doesn't know him well enough that he is the SENIOR engineer at the company. He's lying, and does not have more than an associates degree in electronics technology.

He's, also, a drummer in a very unknown band after hours and xnh wants to be a rock star in a major band whenever/if he ever manages to grow up. He also fancies himself as a race car driver or a NASCAR pit crew mechanic.

In my opinion, since xnh turns 50 this November, he'd better get cracking on his dreams. His time is running out (quickly). He doesn't have all that much time left to be "discovered", and I would imagine that there is not much demand in the markets for either a geriatric NASCAR driver or pit mechanic. I haven't exactly seen any major bands pounding on his doorstep wanting his self-professed, massive drumming talents either. rofl.

I think my ex NP's job was perfectly suited to his sociopathic ways. He owns his own martial arts school and is the sole instructor and owner. Totally in control of everything and everyone at the school. EVERYONE worships him because he seems so level headed and in control (of course he is, he has no real emotions) and inspirational (of course he is, he knows how to Google 'inspirational quotes').

The reason he was able to seduce me into the first sociopathic relationship I have ever been in (I was 42 at the time) was because he knew I literally would have done just about anything for him. My training had changed my life, and I credited that all to him (now I realize I did most of the work). I mistakenly had this man on a pedestal, and everything he said and wrote to me reinforced what I believe about him.

Interestingly he bought this school from another person; at the time 10 years ago it was thriving. Slowly but surely over the past 10 years, his membership is dropping. He can't be bothered with the day-to-day, mundane tasks of running a business, like cleaning, like social events, like making flyers, updating the web site, promoting his students and their achievements. He takes money up front from people for things like school shirts and jackets, then never gives them their order or their money back.

The only part he's great at is getting up in front of people and acting like an expert. (Turns out a lot of his martial arts credentials were not true.)

and total con-artist!! Can change his face for every one he meets....used to change his voice too on the phone to different customers and then tell me how great he was "I am a chameleon" - shit, what was I thinking???? Got off on it when he screwed someone on a deal....no conscience.

Is now in a new job and has business cards saying "director" - funny as he actually breaking his company policy and German law as they are German based and have told him his title is "manager" - when he started, he sent a global email out entitled "Friends, Colleges and Customers" - a. can't fucking spell and b. thinks he's a Roman Emporer now??? I was on this global email list and absolutely roared when I got it!

Sure he got all the respect he deserves after that clanger!!!

Thinks he is a rock star, but truth b told,that ship has sailed. He drives an auto parts truck to pay his bills. He lives in a tiny apartment and money is week to week. He plays guitar and "performs" 1-2 nights per week. New gf is a barfly and quite frankly, I am embarrassed by that. Could I really have been with someone who would step so low? I understand she had his name painted on her fingernails and posted on FB. Is this 4 th grade stuff or what?.It makes me want to vomit, as it is so gross. I thank my lucky stars I am a respectable,mature,professional woman and out of the dysfunctional relationship.

Mine was a cop, is in the military and is now a fireman AND most importantly a complete and total POS!!!

was 25+ years military (most of it reserves). One I dated long term before (never married) who since this site I realized was NPD to the MAX was a LAWYER (shocker!).

I have it in my "RED FLAGS" book for future reference (yes, I honestly have a written list!) NO cops/military/lawyers/politician wanna-be/engineers/anyone who has MONOGRAMS on every f'g thing he owns from shirts to car!

Truly, I've even warned my sons (grown) that I'm gonna be one of those eccentric old ladies living with 25 cats/dogs! And you know what? Won't bother me at all!

Funny thing is before I met him I never liked cops (no offense to any...just my experiences). When I began to agree to see him an old friend of mine actually laughed in disbelief. No one could ever picture me with a cop. Go figure! This is what happens when I don't listen to my inner knowing. A six year stint in disordered hell with the added bonus of being and feeling completely unprotected because of the "thin blue line." Whatever!

Law enforcement and the military attract certain types with, uhm, how shall I say..."issues." Freak Boy had them all.
