After the NARC hoover, yesterday left a note on my door, I always feel very unsettled, I hate that feeling, almost like again, waiting for the other shoe to drop, or what is he ging to pull next, I really dont care, but it nauseates
me when he hoovers........YUCKO PIG!

He's obsessed with breaking down your defenses and getting you to contact him. He's spending a lot of time thinking of ways that he can manipulate you again. It's HIS turn to suffer!
He can't have any more pieces of you, he can NOT get back under your skin. You're stronger than he is and your NC is WORKING!
He'll probably give up eventually, when his new supply kicks in. Right now he's probably in between, missing his BACK-UP!
